TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- BOOKING & CONFIRMATION
- Booking can be made in two ways:
- a) online, via the BeverleyBell.co.uk website’s Bookwhen facility
- b) or by contacting Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. directly (via email or telephone)
- Confirmation of a booking will be sent in advance of the start date of a training course.
- Bookings are provisional until full payment has been received.
- If a delegate’s attendance on a training course is deemed to be unsuitable by Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd., the Company will contact them to discuss further. If confirmation of attendance is not accepted, payment will be refunded in full.
- Delegates must complete the registration form and return this with a copy of their photo ID by the date requested in the confirmation email.
- Should the delegate require any reasonable adjustments during the training course or for any exam they should notify us on booking.
- Full course details will be emailed as joining instructions prior to the course start date but not before full payment is received.
- PAYMENTS
- Payment must be made in advance to secure a delegate place on a training course.
- Upon booking, an invoice will be issued to the delegate (or, if requested, to the company for which the delegate works). Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. If payment is not received within 14 days, the booking will be cancelled and can only be re-booked upon full payment of the invoice.
- If the booking is made within 14 days of course start date, payment is due upon booking.
- Payment can be made in one of two ways:
- a) by bank transfer
- b) or through the online Bookwhen system, via Stripe.
- PRICING
- Prices shown on the Beverley Bell website are current but may be subject to change.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. reserves the right to make variations to published prices at any time.
- All published pricing information is exclusive of VAT.
- SUBSTITUTION & COURSE TRANSFERS
- Subject to agreement with Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd., a delegate may be substituted, provided that 14 days’ written notice is given, the substitute is suitable for the applicable course, and full payment has been made. The first transfer of a delegate is free of charge. Thereafter, a A £50 administration fee will be charged for the substitution of a delegate. However, if the original delegate has been registered for exams, applicable exam fees will also be charged.
- Delegates may transfer a confirmed course booking to an alternative date provided that 14 days’ written notice is given, and full payment has been made. The first transfer of a delegate is free of charge. Thereafter, a A £50 administration fee will be charged for a course transfer. Delegates may only transfer a course once; no further refund will be issued if the second booking is cancelled even if this is within 28 days of the second date. However, if the original delegate has been registered for exams, applicable exam fees will also be charged.
- All delegates are required to show photo ID to the trainer at the beginning of the course.
- If additional study materials are required, additional charges will be incurred.
- CANCELLATION
- Full Cancellation:
- a) Less than 14 daysbefore commencement of course– Full fee payable
- b) More than 14 days but less than 28 daysbefore commencement of course– 50% refund
- c) 28 days and overbefore commencement of course– Full refund
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a training course due to circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, or where minimum numbers have not been met and will advise delegates as soon as possible if any course must be cancelled. In the event of a course cancellation being made by Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd., every effort will be made to arrange for delegates to attend the next available course, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule a training course. Should Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. need to reschedule a course for any reason, delegates will be notified 7 days before the start date of the course.
- If a delegate is unable to attend a course, for reasons including, but not limited to, illness, traffic delays, weather, personal circumstances etc., the delegate should inform Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. as soon as possible. The delegate may be booked onto the next available course, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the delegate does not wish to be booked onto an alternative course, the course fee will remain payable in full, and no refund will be provided.
- BESPOKE TRAINING BOOKINGS
- Bespoke training bookings must be confirmed in writing, with full payment made in advance of the training date (or by payment term at our discretion).
- Please kindly note that payment terms are offered at our discretion and are within 30 days, or as indicated on the invoice. Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. reserves the right to charge 8% statutory interest per month for any invoices left unpaid.
- Full names of delegates attending a bespoke course must be provided to Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. in advance of the course start date, unless agreed otherwise.
- Where Bespoke Training is held at the client’s premises, or at a venue booked by the client, a suitable training room and facilities must be provided. Full details of the venue must be provided to Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. in advance.
- Without prior agreement, Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will not source the venue for Bespoke Training bookings.
- For cancellation of Bespoke Training, please see 5.1 above.
- Substitution of a delegate is subject to agreement with Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd., and at our discretion. If the original delegate has been registered for exams, applicable exam fees will be charged.
- Should the client request to postpone a Bespoke Training course the request must be submitted in writing. Rescheduling may incur additional costs.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. proposal is based on a minimum required number of delegates. The proposal cost will remain unchanged even if fewer delegates’ attend.
- ONLINE EXAMINATIONS
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. subscribes to CILT (UK)’s provision for online examinations for the Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence Level 3 examinations. Delegates are provided with comprehensive guidance on how to suitably prepare for an online examination.
- It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that the requirements for their own computer and internet connection are met.
- Delegates will receive an email from noreply@xams.co.uk directly to the email address supplied during enrolment. This email will confirm the assessment details and provide a link for a mandatory system check. Delegates must complete the mandatory system check, per exam, as soon as possible and no later than 1 day before the scheduled exam. The system check must be completed on the device delegates will be using on the day of the assessment to ensure it will meet the requirements of the exam. If delegates do not complete the mandatory system check before the exam day, they will not be issued with the email containing unique examination link to access the assessment and therefore, will not be able to sit the online assessment.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for any voided exams, due to conditions or requirements in examinations not being met by the delegate or for any issues which arise due to the delegate not completing the online system check provided by CILT.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will offer no refund in instances where delegates find they are not equipped to take the exam, once the course has commenced. Responsibility for ensuring the delegate is well-versed with the examination software and able to take part in the exam, is solely that of the delegate.
- Should the delegate require any reasonable adjustments for the exam or during the training course they should notify us on booking to ensure any requests can be submitted 15 working days prior to the exam enrolment window.
- CLASSROOM EXAMINATIONS
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. subscribes to CILT (UK)’s provision for classroom examinations for the Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence Level 3 examinations. Delegates are provided with comprehensive guidance on how to suitably prepare for a classroom examination.
- It is the responsibility of the delegate to ensure that they read and understand the requirements for the classroom exams are met and to ensure that they follow these guidelines.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will offer no refund in instances where delegates find they are not equipped to take the exam, once the course has commenced.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for any voided exams, due to conditions or requirements in examinations not being met by the delegate.
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. will not be held responsible for any issues which arise due to the delegate not adhering by the exam rules and guidance given by CILT.
- Should the delegate require any reasonable adjustments for the exam or during the training course they should notify us on booking to ensure any requests can be submitted 15 working days prior to the exam enrolment window.
- REFUNDS
- If Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. deems a refund is applicable, a payment will be refunded either in full or part, dependent on the circumstances of the request. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the account responsible for payment of the original invoice.
- CODE OF CONDUCT
- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. is committed to providing the highest quality learning experience. We expect all members of the Beverley Bell Training team and fellow delegates to be treated with respect and consideration.
- All delegates are requested to sign and abide by a code of conduct and accept any breach of this code may result in expulsion from a training course.

- Beverley Bell Training Services Ltd. does not accept responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles left at training premises.
