Frequently asked questions

Is this course right for my workplace?

The Emergency First Aid at Work qualification is designed for lower-risk working environments such as offices, shops and depots. If your risk assessment calls for a full First Aid at Work qualification, contact us and we will advise.

How does the Driver CPC accreditation work?

The course is accredited for 7 hours of Driver CPC periodic training, so professional drivers bank a full day of their 35-hour requirement while gaining a nationally recognised first aid qualification.

How long is the qualification valid?

The QNUK Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is valid for three years, after which a requalification course is needed.

Is there an exam?

You are assessed through practical demonstration and short written assessment during the day. Our trainers prepare you thoroughly, and the vast majority of delegates pass first time.
